The long-running cartoon series "Transformers" is about two factions of robots (Autobots and Decepticons) who fight a millions-of-years-long war.

This particular flag belongs to Rodimus Prime, a general of the Autobots, and appears in a recent installment or the series: Transformers Energon (2005). It can be seen on the prow of Rodimus's spaceship (flapping telegenically in a hard vacuum, in cheerful defiance of the laws of physics). The badge is the symbol of the Autobot faction on a yellow flaming shield.
